Traffic Congestion at Salt Lake Boulevard - Puuloa Road Intersection

Per engineer, traffic signal timing have been modified to ease traffic congestion.

Complaints have been made about the recent lane change (from 4 lanes to 3 lanes) at the Salt Lake Boulevard – Puuloa Road intersection.  It appears that the lane change has increased traffic congestion significantly.  We have written to the State Department of Transportation Highways Division asking them to review the situation and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.  We will be monitoring the situation and will be reporting back to you as soon as we hear from the Department of Transportation.
