Issue - Wiping Out Graffiti

Graffiti has been an ongoing community concern. We want to thank the many volunteers who have devoted much of their time and energy to identifying, reporting, and painting out these public eyesores. However, it appears that all this hard work has not been sufficient to deal with this problem. To deal with this serious and growing problem we introduced Senate Bill 1148.
